外交小知識

聯合國安全理事會由5個常任理事國和10個非常任理事國組成。5個常任理事國是中國、法國、俄羅斯、英國、美國。非常任理事國以地區為單位選出，任期2年。如果五個常任理事國中的任何一個在安全理事會中投下反對票，決議或決定將不會被批準。

The Security Council consists of fifteen members, of which five are permanent: China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The remaining ten members are elected on a regional basis to serve a term of two years. If any one of the five permanent members cast a negative vote in the Security Council, the resolution or decision would not be approved.
