5月17日，外交部發(fā)言人趙立堅(jiān)主持例行記者會(huì)。會(huì)上有記者就“巴以沖突局勢(shì)”提問(wèn)。

趙立堅(jiān)表示，必須強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，絕大多數(shù)安理會(huì)成員針對(duì)當(dāng)前巴以局勢(shì)都發(fā)出了共同的聲音。大家也都認(rèn)為，安理會(huì)應(yīng)發(fā)出一致聲音，公正推進(jìn)巴以和談進(jìn)程，努力推動(dòng)巴以兩國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)和平共處。令人遺憾的是，由于一個(gè)國(guó)家阻攔，安理會(huì)至今未能發(fā)出一致聲音……

I have to stress that the overwhelming majority of UNSC members spoke with one voice: all believed that the Security Council shouldspeak witha unanimous voice, advance the peace talks process in a just manner and work for the peaceful coexistence of Palestine and Israel. But regrettably, due to the obstruction of one country, the Security Council has not been able to speak with one voice...

外交小知識(shí)

聯(lián)合國(guó)安全理事會(huì)由5個(gè)常任理事國(guó)和10個(gè)非常任理事國(guó)組成。5個(gè)常任理事國(guó)是中國(guó)、法國(guó)、俄羅斯、英國(guó)、美國(guó)。非常任理事國(guó)以地區(qū)為單位選出，任期2年。如果五個(gè)常任理事國(guó)中的任何一個(gè)在安全理事會(huì)中投下反對(duì)票，決議或決定將不會(huì)被批準(zhǔn)。

The Security Council consists of fifteen members, of which five are permanent: China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The remaining ten members are elected on a regional basis to serve a term of two years. If any one of the five permanent members cast a negative vote in the Security Council, the resolution or decision would not be approved.
