外置的護具不像內置的那么局限，你穿不穿褲子都可以戴。這篇文章主要分享的是外置護膝。我個人推薦選有CE防護認證的長款護膝，可以包裹住小腿骨，提供足夠的保護性能。·CE2比1防護性能更好，防護面積更大。

按價格排的話是丹尼斯、A星、涅夫、motoboy，分別說說各自的優缺點。
A星的舒適度很好騎車的時候非常貼合，完全沒有異物感，大孔洞倒是很適合夏天。
體積小，柔軟度好，可以卷成拳頭大小，放包里完全不占地方，夏季通勤戴足夠用了。
尺碼有兩個，可以自己挑選。滿分5分，我給它打4分。

可惜的是只有均碼，腿粗/腿非常細的兄弟姐妹，比較容易走位或者爆開，最好實際試穿看看。綜合評價：4.5分

“平價版丹尼斯”也不錯，來自日本的Komine，原理一樣，價格減半。
CE-2級認證，在大牌的設計思路上又降低了成本，在裁剪設計方面也貼合亞洲人，包裹性好，性價比高。
這個牌子可以，成立于1947年，是日本常見騎行品牌。
賽羽也出了類似款。賽羽這個牌子給我的感覺就像一個摩托車百貨超市，什么都賣，價格便宜，雖然質感差一些，但是都很有性價比。這護膝、護肘加起來只賣299，可能是重新清了設計師，看起來沒那么low了。CE1認證，市區上下班，我覺得百分百夠用，也是個不錯的選擇。

再加上他的價格，是真的香，208護膝+護膝，單買護膝138元。（哈哈哈哈哈自己把我自己給說種草了，我也買了一套，寫這篇文章的時候已經拿到手了。）
實際體驗不錯，比丹尼斯輕薄，蹲起也舒服，CE1認證，卡扣設計方便是方便，但不知道耐不耐用，結合這個價格，我給它打4分。
