在學習咖啡這件事上，不管你有多少的預算，我覺得最值得投資的就是設備、豆子和書籍。不夸張的講，現在很多網上免費視頻都比一些培訓班強！我自己買過的咖啡書籍接近百本，今天就好好梳理梳理那些值得入手的咖啡書籍。
本身咖啡類的書籍其實不多，寫書的自然都是很懂的行家，一本合適的書籍，不管是知識框架還是個人經驗，都是很有參考價值的。
零基礎小白咖啡書單
《你不懂咖啡》《3分鐘愛上咖啡》《咖啡品鑒大全》《世界咖啡地圖》等等吧，這類書適合零基礎的咖啡小白，當然你如果是有基礎，也可以通過這些書籍進行知識梳理鞏固。
這類書的特點就是知識面比較廣，咖啡從種子到杯子的過程都會涉及，每一本書的側重點也略微不同，避免浪費時間，每本書簡單說說大概。
《你不懂咖啡》這本書真的是極其適合零基礎，最大的特點就是簡單，書里以問答的形式，配了大量的插畫，所以理解起來一點不費腦子，對小白極其友好。因為市場反應好，所以后來又增加了一系列同類書籍，《你不懂面包》、《你不懂紅酒》、《你不懂巧克力》等等吧，可能以后還會更多。

咖啡進階書單
首先給大家推薦的是韓懷宗老師的《精品咖啡學》，這套書是上下兩冊。為了大家更為直觀了解書的內容，直接上一下完整書名：《精品咖啡學(上):淺焙、單品、莊園豆,第三波精品咖啡大百科》《精品咖啡學(下):杯測、風味輪、金杯準則,咖啡老饕的入門天書》。還是先強調一下，沒有基礎的小白不要著急入手這套。這也不是一套技術類的書，有點偏文化知識、理論基礎方向。韓老師還有其他的咖啡著作，有興趣也可以一并看看，比如《世界咖啡學》。

《手工咖啡》作者是一對美國夫妻，老婆是圖書編輯，老公是做咖啡烘焙的，所以你可想想象這本書的樣子。很耐讀！這本書的內容方面涉及比較廣，但并不代表知識粗淺。是一本相對偏技術的書，深入理解自然可以大大提高你的技術水平。封面跟《世界咖啡地圖》一樣都是硬面的，我覺得收藏也不錯，放在家里也能當裝飾。
