一、杜康酒：

賒店老酒的白酒釀酒歷史及釀酒文化相當(dāng)厚重，早在東漢時(shí)期已有歷史記載，地處文化名鎮(zhèn)賒店鎮(zhèn)東部，名稱由來(lái)出自一個(gè)“劉秀賒旗”的歷史典故：
傳說(shuō)早期的東漢光武帝劉秀，有日在河南南陽(yáng)市的一個(gè)小鎮(zhèn)里，計(jì)劃在酒館里召集賢能人士，共同商討起義大事，酒館老板自然不敢妥慢，拿好酒招待，起義計(jì)策商討到尾聲時(shí)，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)賢能人士有了，但缺一帥旗。
而后劉秀發(fā)現(xiàn)酒館的酒旗剛好印有“劉”字，干脆就賒此酒旗來(lái)作為帥旗使用，后來(lái)自然是劉秀建立東漢了，劉秀為了感謝老板賒酒旗的恩，便把酒館冊(cè)封為賒旗酒館，出售的酒被徐浩然為“賒店老酒”，而此名也一直沿用至今。
